Reference number: 20083806 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-07-28 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 1 The Municipality of Mille-Isles is requesting bids for the stabilization work on the Cote Saint-Joseph at Mille-Isles over a length of approximately 200 linear metres as well as related works. Bids must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days and be accompanied by a bid bond issued by an insurance company in an amount at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the value of the bid, as well as a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and a labour, material and services bond, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the bid. Only surety bonds issued by companies licensed as insurers in Canada and recognized by the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec will be accepted under the terms of the tender documents. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both in terms of their solvency and the content of their tender. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, without incurring any obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s). Before 31 October 2025.
