Road work includes clearing, grubbing, 94,000 cubic yards of roadway excavation, 103,500 cubic yards of compaction, crushed surfacing, hot mix asphalt, storm water improvements, signing and pavement marking, hydroseeding, installation of 5,460 linear feet of 18-inch diameter water main, water valves, hydrants, casing pipe, and other related work. The project may include one or more alternatives which include grading and paving of approximately 3/4 mile of existing roadway and earthwork and grading for approximately 1 mile of new roadway. Alternate road work includes clearing, grubbing, 45,600 cubic yards of roadway excavation, 80,066 cubic yards of compaction, crushed surfacing, hot mix asphalt, storm water improvements, signing and pavement marking, hydroseeding, installation of 2,675 linear feet of 18-inch diameter water main, water valves, hydrants, casing pipe, and other related work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. This includes, but is not limited to, all cement concrete, asphalt, saw cutting concrete and asphalt, drainage facilities, abandoned pipes, vegetation, fences, signs, and other items designated on the Plans for removal. Also included shall be plugging of any abandoned pipes.
