Site work and paving for a civil project in Wallula, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of August 7, 2025, project was awarded to Premier Excavation, awarded amount is $507,820.29. The work covered by these Specifications includes providing and installation of steel casing pipe by the boring/jacking method, installation of steel casing pipe by open cut method, and installation of casing at locations identified as non-potable utility crossings. Refer to the Drawings for specific locations of each installation method. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, casing pipe, carrier pipe, casing spacers, casing pipe end seals, and other items and materials as required to construct a complete installation as shown on the Drawings and as required by the appropriate permits and pipeline crossing agreements. All work performed within the railroad Right of Way shall be in accordance with the requirements of the respective agency, which are made a part of these Specifications. Question Deadline 07/11/2025 Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Doc Notes : Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or at the other locations listed below. Description: he Project includes the following Phase 1 Work: Construction of approximately 1,190 linear feet of (LF) 18 inch ductile iron (DI) water main; installation of 80 LF of 18-inch DI water main in the existing casing, one hydrant assembly, 18 inch butterfly valves, an air release valve, and 2-inch conduit and junction boxes; railroad grading work; clearing and grubbing; embankment compaction; gravel surfacing; hydroseeding; and general surface restoration; and other related Work. Phase 2 shall be completed by others. Additional Description: The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. The Contract Time and Milestones for the Work shall be as outlined in the Special Provisions. Work shall be physically completed within 40 working days. If awarded, it is anticipated the Notice to Proceed will be issued by August 1, 2025. Est. Value Notes: $500K
