As of August 7, 2025, project was awarded to Premier Excavation, awarded amount is $507,820.29. The work covered by these Specifications includes providing and installation of steel casing pipe by the boring/jacking method, installation of steel casing pipe by open cut method, and installation of casing at locations identified as non-potable utility crossings. Refer to the Drawings for specific locations of each installation method. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, casing pipe, carrier pipe, casing spacers, casing pipe end seals, and other items and materials as required to construct a complete installation as shown on the Drawings and as required by the appropriate permits and pipeline crossing agreements. All work performed within the railroad Right of Way shall be in accordance with the requirements of the respective agency, which are made a part of these Specifications.
