Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Architectural and Engineering services for 43B-2025 Structural repairs of the Commercial Street Parking Garage located at 1300 Commercial Street, Bellingham WA 98225. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to this category of work. All prospective consultants are advised any federally funded project work will be held to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The City of Bellingham must receive an electronic copy of the bid documents submittal prior to the date and time specified in the advertisement. The Consultant performing the work for the City is expected to be able to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to support the required structural repairs. Consultants are expected to have previous experience working on commercial parking structures of similar size. The selected consultant will work closely with a City Facilities Project Manager to complete the design. Price Range: $350,000.00
