Renovation of a swimming pool in Bellingham, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Engineering and Design services for piping and filter system replacement at Arne Hanna Aquatic Center located at 1114 Potter St. Bellingham, WA98229. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications(RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to this category of work. All prospective consultants are advised any federally funded project work will be held to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The Consultant performing the work for the City is expected to be able to provide a comprehensive design set to support the replacement of the filter systems for the lap/dive pool and hydrotherapy pool as well as the replacement of related aged piping at Arne Hanna Aquatic Center. The selected consultant will work closely with the City Facilities Project Manager to complete design. Price Range: $500,000.00 for the completion of this project. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all SOQs, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
