sealed proposal to the District for the Coal Creek Utility District 2025-2026 Facilities Landscape Maintenance Services RFP Project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Site location - Twelve sites within the District's jurisdiction, in the City of Newcastle area, as described in the District's Request for Proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services ("RFP") The work shall include but is not limited to: perform various landscaping services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, watering, fertilizing, pruning, planting, and clean-up at twelve District sites, as further described in the RFP. All services shall be performed in compliance with the RFP and with the Agreement for Landscape Maintenance Services to be entered into by the successful proposer and the District. This is a Prevailing Wage project and the successful proposer shall comply with Chapter 39.12 RCW. COAL CREEK UTILITY DISTRICT RFP FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES: If there are any questions as to meaning, proposers shall ask the District for clarification before submitting their proposal, by emailing the question to Patrick Martin at Patrick@ccud.org by no later than 3:00 PM on July 12, 2025 The District's reply will be in the form of an Addendum, which will be forwarded to known proposers. Refer to other bidding requirements described in the RFP. Proposals must be irrevocable for a period of 60 days after submission. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or waive any informalities in the Bidding.
