Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Newcastle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 18, 2025, the project was awarded to EKM General Contractors LLC, but the awarded amount is not available.** The work provides for the demolition, subgrade preparation and installation of approximately 6 square yards of concrete pedestrian sidewalk/ driveway and ADA ramp with 22 lineal feet of concrete traffic curb and gutter, 32 lineal feet of pedestrian curb, an RRFB pedestrian crossing system, including permanent signing and channelization markings. Work shall include, but not be limited to: saw cutting, removal of the sidewalk / driveway panels, curb and gutter, HMA patches, traffic and pedestrian construction signage and other miscellaneous items as further shown, described, and indicated in the Contract Provisions. Engineer's Estimate = $75,000.
