Site work for a religious / funeral development in Newcastle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
The work provides for the removal and disposal of the existing cemetery fence and installation of the new fence and gates, and other work indicated in the Contract Provisions. This Invitation to Bid is being issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620 and RCW 39.04.155, which permit the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who are registered with the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) City of Newcastle roster, Site Improvement, Repair, and Maintenance - Fencing and Gates category may submit bids. The estimated construction cost is $70,000. The work shall be completed within thirty (30) days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Requests for an interpretation or questions must be directed via email to Jeff Brauns at Jeffb@newcastlewa.gov. Questions via phone or in person will not be accepted.
