Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County Board of Directors (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the renovation of the Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County Medical Office Building Entrance Renovation and associated rooms. The work consists of the renovation of approximately 1,400 square feet and associated areas: demolition of existing and construction of new exterior and interior partitions, automatic sliding doors, site parking, and retaining walls including but not limited to ceiling, walls, finishes, concrete, masonry, asphalt, and modifications to: lighting, power, plumbing, membrane roofing, mechanical, fire alarm, and fire suppression. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. Preference will be given to Wyoming contractors as defined by Wyoming statutes section 16-6-101, et seq. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
