Notice is hereby given that WHITE MOUNTAIN WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT (WMWSD) is accepting Bids for a general contract for the construction of the WHITE MOUNTAIN WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT BUILDINGRENOVATION PROJECT. The Project consists of building renovation, minor site work, new bathroom addition, existing bathroom modifications for accessibility. TheWORK will include but not limited to the following: 1. Siding, window, door, interior bathroom demolition 2. New masonry wainscotting around building perimeter 3. New siding, trim, flashings, wraps, soffit on entire building 4. New windows 5. New man doors with new hardware 6. New weatherstripping and seals on overhead doors 7. Brick staining 8. New bathroom addition with electric, heating and plumbing, lighting 9. Accessible front entrance 10. Rip rap for drainage ditch 11. Concrete pavement 12. New HDPE drain piping and associated minor work Questions from all bidders must be submitted by July 30,2024.
