The Project. The District seeks a qualified contractor to professionally demolish approximately 663 feet of 5' tall wood/stucco wall; removal and disposal of debris and install 478 feet of 5' black chain link fence around a residential property owned by the District in Rancho Santa Fe, California, as well as labor and material for temporary fencing. The Bidder is required to possess a Class B, General Building Contractor, license. Additive. In addition to the project outlined in 11, the District would also like to solicit alternate bids for the cost of installing fencing around the remainder of the Property, which is an additional, approximate 185 feet. This project requires payment of prevailing wages. All contractors and subcontractors that wish to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, or enter into a contract to perform the work must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Bid Security, payment, and performance bonds will be required. Please refer to the IFB for more information. Award. The award of contract, if made by the District through its Governing Board, will be made to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest, responsive bid.
