**As of September 26 , 2024 project was awarded to Next Construction, awarded amount is $3,131,923.98.** The Project consists of the expansion and paving of existing 1200 West from 3600 S. to 2950 S. and the addition of a 9-ft asphalt trail on the west side of the road, extending the length of the project. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $2,260,455.90. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Adrian Moreno, adrian@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on July 23, 2024. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
