The Project consists of the reverse rotational drilling of a new production well with installation of well screens, grout seal, gravel pack, well head, and development and is located at 710 West 3000 S, Perry Utah. The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $875,000. Construction of a replacement water well using reverse rotary circulation method. Construction includes site preparation, mobilization, casing installation, well development, head installation, testing, and clean up. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. COMPLETION DATE: June 30, 2025 BONDS/INSURANCE: Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond. See Instructions to Bidders and Agreement for more info.
