Site work for a water / sewer project in Perry, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing a masonry block well house approximately 20'x20' and installing an 800 gpm vertical turbine pump with backup generator. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Matthew Hartvigsen, matth@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on September 18, 2025. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the owner. Document Acquisition Notes : Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing no later than the date stated in the Advertisement for Bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after the stated deadline may not be answered
