Site work and renovation of a civil project in Reynoldsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following B. Type of Contract. 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Question Deadline 08/01/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Sun Valley Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Sun Valley Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 6,200 LF of force main and 500 LF of gravity sewer pipe, three (3) manholes, one (1) pump station replacement, one (1) pump station rehab and all necessary appurtenances. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
