Reference Number: 0000357427 The scope of this project includes manufacturing, testing, delivering FOB transformer foundation pad, and assembling one complete power transformer at the Owner's Substation located in Longmont, Colorado. An assessment of site access and site conditions is the responsibility of the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer shall be responsible and liable to provide for, but not be limited to, the following: a. One (1) power transformer and associated materials according to this specification. b. Transportation of the unit and materials to the erection site with impact recorder(s) which shall include all necessary state, county, or city permits, traffic control requirements, and site access requirements. Impact recorder results become property of Owner. c. Cranes for shipping and offloading the transformer and all associated equipment and setting the transformer on the transformer foundation pad. d. Field service for assembly, erection, testing, and commissioning of the unit as specified in Section TS-1.3 Field Services. e. Accessories as specified in Section TS-2.10 Controls and Accessories. f. Specified tests and inspection. The City may annually adjust the required livable wage to account for inflation.
