Job Order Contract, Numbers 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, and 111. The term of the contracts will be for one (1) year or the expenditure of the maximum contract value ($6,023,368.73), whichever comes first. Provided however, that if a work order is issued by LACDA prior to the expiration of the annual contract period, the contract term shall be automatically extended solely to allow the original scope of such work order to be completed. There is no minimum contract value. Bids must include all completed forms contained in Appendix D, Required Contract Forms and Certifications. Failure to complete these forms may result in a determination that the bid is non-responsive. Failure to submit accurate and complete responses may result in a determination that the bidder is non-responsible. Bidders shall guarantee their bid for a minimum of 270 days. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This IFB is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred by Bidders in the
preparation of their respective bids in response to this IFB. The LACDA reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this IFB. Notwithstanding any
other provisions herein, the LACDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor technical deficiencies in the Bids.
