No, they do not have to be separate individuals. Q2. Can the period of performance be extended after award once the material/equipment lead times are confirmed due to current market conditions for the equipment for this project A2. Yes, period of performance is negotiable to be extended due to material/equipment lead time delays. Q3. Can you please provide a list of equipment, or secondary structure, which will need to be temporarily removed and replaced as the new panels are installed A3. Any control panels, conduit attached to GH framework ( removal shouldn't be necessary in all spaces). Mostly just detach and reinstall upon installation of poly sheeting. Pics and more detailed list can be provided if needed. Q4. Can you please confirm if the existing doors are to be removed and replaced If so, can you please provide dimensions and hardware requirements A4. Existing doors are to remain in place. Removal and reinstallation is acceptable if needed to move materials more freely. Q5. During the site walk, it was discussed that contractors might need to present an option to adjust the existing framing in order to install the full 4'W sheets instead of 2' sections; this goes against the solicitation language - can you please clarify A5. I discussed with all the contractors to write bids according to the statement of work. I did discuss with them as a bid option to include using 4ft sheets instead of the smaller strips of poly. This can be achieved on the existing framework.
