This project is supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLT-8236 awarded to the City of Hanford by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Federal Funds being utilized for this project are American Rescue Plan Act Funds (ARPA). Proposals are required for the entire scope of work. PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT: Notice is hereby given that this is a Public Works Project. Bidders/Contractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). In addition, contractors and subcontractors must be currently registered and qualified to perform public works pursuant to CLC section 1725.5 to be qualified to bid, be listed in a bid proposal, or perform any public work for the City. Proof of registration for each contractor and subcontractor is required to bid. Participation Requirements

Award Requirements
- All or None Award This project will be subject to all applicable State and Federal Wage Determinations for all trades. The wages are set forth in the General Prevailing Wage Rates for this project, available from the following websites at online Contractor must comply with all State and Federal regulations applicable to this contract, including prevailing wages. Prevailing wages paid shall be the higher of the two agencies (State and Federal). Awarded contractor will be required to furnish electronic payroll records for project to the Labor Commissioner. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. THE CITY OF HANFORD AFFIRMATIVELY ENSURES that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
