Renovation of a military facility in Abilene, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

his requirement is for the replacement of the Climate Control Unit (CCU) Air Handler. This includes removal/disposal of existing equipment, the procurement of the new unit and install, connection and integration of the new unit. Must also verify and test the east side CCU system to ensure it is working correctly after installation. Please refer to RFQ document for optional site visit information on July 15, 2024 at 10:00am Central Time. The site visit is recommended and will allow plenty of time for contractors to gather information needed to provide the Government an accurate quote. Please also refer to the Statement of Objectives and Current CCU System As-Builts(attached) for the specifications. Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with cheryl.lynn.1@us.af.mil or taylor.norris@us.af.mil. Attendees must RSVP with the same contact. If the offeror does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided Question Deadline 07/19/2024 at 3:00 PM CT Please submit questions to the email address, cheryl.lynn.1@us.af.mil The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and dispose the old CCU Air Handler, and to procure and install a new CCU Air Handler.
