Reference Number: 0000357103 The Galvanized Steel Beam Guardrail & Posts are to be supplied under this Contract shall be new and free from all defects; remanufactured, second-hand, like new safety supplies, are not acceptable. The Genesee County Road Commission may elect to change the type of Galvanized Steel Beam Guardrail & Posts by written notice, during the term of the Contract. Every Galvanized Steel Beam Guardrail & Posts shall be warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials and to give satisfactory service under normal operating conditions during the Manufacturer Warranty period which shall begin at date of purchase.
