Scope of work generally consists of constructing walkway structures over water to span from landside bulkhead to gangway on waterside cofferdam at Public Oil Docks 4 and 8. In addition, select existing walkways and structures will be modified and realigned. This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount. Bids submitted by express mail service must be in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
