Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 56,729-square-foot educational facility; and 16,999-square-foot swimming pool.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager, and project is currently in construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of the Tuloso-Midway Independent School District to select a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR), via a one step Request for Proposal (RFP) process, for the Career and Technology Center and Natatorium Upgrades at Tuloso-Midway High School. All questions must be submitted in writing (email preferred) and received on or before 2:00 pm (local time) August 20, 2024. Address questions to: Michael A. Martinez, AIA Email: mmartinez@vlkarchitects.com. RFPs must remain open for acceptance for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of RFP, unless otherwise indicated, to allow time for the offer(s) to be evaluated and Board of Trustees action, if required. The Tuloso-Midway ISD reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any, or all, CMAR Request for Proposals submittals.
