Items of work for the contract include milling, excavation, installation of pavement base drain, subbase, asphalt paving, signage, pavement markings, and all other associated work to improve existing parking lots and driveways. A Certified Check or Bank Draft, Payable to the Order of Crestwood School District, Negotiable Us Government Bonds (at Par Value), or Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Surety in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid of Construction Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Owner.
