The City of Fridley is seeking qualifications for construction management services for its Commons Park Improvements Project, located at 6249 7th Street NE in Fridley, MN. The site currently exists as a City park named Commons Park that includes parking lots, baseball fields, playground, building shelters, tennis courts, basketball court, and sand volleyball courts. The Project will include (but is not limited to) an inclusive playground, splash pad, approximately 6,000 square foot park building (containing restrooms, classrooms, office space, storage, and mechanical room), landscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and technology (including programmable locks, Wi-Fi, fiber, and cameras).
