Reference Number 0000357407 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/18/2024 11:00 AM EDT Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: with a one (1) year option The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract to provide Polyethylene Water Tubing with 200 PSI Rating (CTS) for usage by the City's Department of Public Services. The tubing will be purchased on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year with a one (1) year option to renew. All pricing must be firm for the term of the contract. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services Maintenance Facility, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. Specifications The City wishes to establish a one (1) year blanket purchase order with a one (1) year option to renew with the selected vendor for the purchase of polyethylene water tubing. Tubing should be rated for drinking water. Purchases are done on an as-needed basis. Three sizes of tubing are required. The sizes of tubing are as follows: 1" (OD) tubing on 300' rolls - wall thickness .125 1 1/2 " (OD) tubing on 100' rolls - wall thickness .181 2" (OD) tubing on 100' rolls - wall thickness .236 The City has an estimated usage of 8,000 feet of 1" tubing and 1,500 feet of 1 1/2 " and 2" tubing per year. The City of Rochester Hills reserves the right to split or abstract any or all quote proposals and award multiple contracts from the same quotation based on price, availability and service when in its judgment it best serves the City of Rochester Hills. All quote prices shall remain in effect for at least ninety (90) days from the due date and time of the quote or the award, whichever comes first, except for the successful proposer whose prices are to remain firm for the term of the blanket purchase order.
