Reference Number : 0000357798 The Scope of Work includes river restoration on City property, with access through some residential areas along the slope on the east side of the Clinton River, located west of South Rochester Road. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the project components to perform the services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all subtrade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. Outlined within this information are the requirements governing the performance and qualifications of the contractor.
