Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Green Ridge, Missouri. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 4, 2025, per owner, an engineering firm has been identified. They have been contracted to do the preliminary and construction engineering for this project. They are finishing the preliminary design documents and plan to meet with the county commission this week to go over the drawings. Once approved by the commission the plans will go to MoDOT for review. There won't be a general contractor determined until the project goes out to bid late this year. Depending on the amount of right-of -way needed and the time it takes to acquire the needed ROW, the bid dates may be late fall early winter. Location: Along 32d Street Rd Proposed Improvement: Addition of bike lanes along 32nd Street Road in Pettis County MO Design Phase: Roadway, PS&E and final documents. Preparations include but not limited to topographic and legal surveying, legal surveying, hydraulic analysis, utilities and environmental and historical preservation services/permits Bid Phase: Advertising, letting and award services. Construction Phase: Work with the contractor on behalf of the County. assist with the pre-construction conference, perform periodic site inspections, prepare change orders, inspect construction materials, check shop drawings submitted by the contractor, conduct construction test and inspection, be present during critical construction operations, work with the County to do inspections, reporting and participate in the final inspection.
