The City of Ontario is seeking a Contractor that will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services. The scope of Work includes the provision of electrical services on an "as needed and when requested" basis including emergency response, and at the sole discretion of the City. Only qualified Electrical Journeyman personnel will be permitted to service City Facilities. The City of Ontario (City) currently has 19 groundwater wells, 16 Booster pumps, 9 Reservoirs, 2 lift stations and associated facilities within the water and wastewater systems. The City also has over 60 Remote Telemetry Units (RTU) throughout the area that will require maintenance, and troubleshooting of discreet input and output (DI & Do) along with 4-20ma circuits. Services will be emergency and non-emergency maintenance and repairs on motor control centers (MCC), electrical panels and all other equipment utilized at water and sewer facilities from relay logic to lighting circuits. The City anticipates awarding a firm fixed price one-year contract with a Not-to-Exceed amount of $49,000 with the option of renewing the contract for two successive one- year terms. The Services shall include, but is not limited to: o Electrical conduit and wiring AC & DC power and SCADA instrumentation o Lighting systems and lighting control systems; o Pumps, motors, MCC panels, electrical breakers and HVAC & Ventilation systems; o Pump Controls; o Scada System; o VFD Drives; o Soft Starts; o Sewer Pumps; Install and commissioning new wiring for upgrades and improvements, as required.
