This project involves the reconstruction of a section of NH 11 in Sunapee damaged by a significant rainfall event that occurred July 9-17, 2023. The project begins approximately 1200-ft east of Trow Hill Road and proceeds easterly for approximately 1600-ft. Reconstruction of this section of roadway will include removal and replacement of unsuitable material in the failure area along with the installation of reinforcing/stabilization piles along the slope to provide stability. Additional work includes installation of underdrain, guardrail, settlement platforms, and surcharge fill material.
