As of November 5, 2025, per owner, engineer identified. There is no general contractor or construction associated with this project as it was for engineering services. Conduct Engineering & Architectural Services for the EAWSD water utility under the supervision & direction of the EAWSD General Manager, including services for Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs), & task-defined services for support of utility maintenance, operations, replacements, & additions. Services shall include: planning, evaluating design options, designing, engineering, preparing construction RFBs & evaluating bids, project management support, construction oversight & inspection, day-to-day consulting services, & utility support tasks. Note: Some projects may be wholly or partially funded with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency funds, & therefore must comply with all federal requirements contained in the Supplemental Conditions.
