To provide the College with audiovisual equipment, supplies, and installation services. The College is seeking qualified and experienced audiovisual communications companies to provide Audiovisual Communications and Installation Services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Disadvantage Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Note: all prospective respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the broward community college staff or officials other than the specified contact person. Contract Term: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract(s) beginning with contract commencement date and continuing for a period of three (3) years, or as agreed to in resulting contract. Owner Rights: The College reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any, all, or part of any or all proposals. The College also reserves the right to conduct discussions with, and obtain Best and Final Offers from, responsible Proposers who submit proposals determined by the College to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award.
