All work to be completed by September 13, 2024 and invoiced by September 20, 2024. Q & A deadline: Jul 24, 2024 1:30:00 PM EDT Scope of Work Vendors are invited to bid on a contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals to acquire and install upgraded electronics (GPS,side and bottom structure scan, and radar) on the Broward County Natural Resources Division's 36' Newton research dive vessel. Further details are provided in the Specifications and Requirements section. Vendors are asked to provide a quote that includes their recommended approach to meet the needs outlined in this section. All work to be completed by September 13, 2024 and invoiced by September 20, 2024. Qualifications of Vendors The County seeks a vendor who can perform this work while the vessel is in the water and tied up at the dock where it is normally berthed at the Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center marina (8000 North Ocean Dr., Dania Beach, FL). Alternatively, the County can deliver the vessel to a marina facility to complete the upgrade if the work cannot be completed on site (e.g., to install a new transducer, if required).
