Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Property Appraiser and VAB Building Renovation GMP. Pursuant to Broward County Contract No.: RFP PNC2119500P1 Pirtle Construction Company invites qualified firms to submit subcontractor bids for the Property Appraiser and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) Building Renovation GMP, a LEED Silver project, located at 1801 NW 49th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309. Pirtle encourages the participation of subcontractors and vendors that are certified as CBE with Broward County. The CBE goal for this project is 30%. Please note Broward County is referring all subcontractor bidding interest for this project directly to the Countys contracted Managing General Contractor, Stiles/Pirtle Joint Venture (SPJV). Failure to submit bids prior to the deadline shall be grounds for automatic disqualification of bid. Submittal of Sealed Bids will not be accepted by any other means, including S2G.
