ONLY BIDDERS MEETING BILTMORE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA MAY BID. Bidders must submit a complete Subcontractor Prequalification Statement and be determined to be qualified prior to submitting a bid, unless one is already on file at BILTMORE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
