ONLY BIDDERS MEETING BILTMORE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA MAY BID. Bidders must submit a complete Subcontractor Prequalification Statement and be determined to be qualified prior to submitting a bid, unless one is already on file at BILTMORE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. Please obtain confirmation of prior prequalification. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the bid to be considered non-responsive.
