City Warehouse-metal Building Lean-to Project No. 1118 Work on Which Proposals Are Invited Consists of Providing All Labor, Materials and Equipment to Construct a 50' X 300' X 20' Single Slope Pre-engineered Metal Building Lean to Roof System at the City of Biloxi Warehouse Located at 321 Division Street in Biloxi, Ms. The Maximum Time Allowable for Completion of Said Project is Thirty (30) Calendar Days Following the City's Written Order to Commence (Notice to Proceed). The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond if the Bid Equals or Exceeds $25,000. If the Bid is Less Than $25,000, the City of Biloxi May Elect to Make a Lump Sum Payment at the Completion of the Job, in Which Case a Payment and Performance Bond Shall Not Be Required.
