Site work for a water / sewer project in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has retained a Construction Manager (Pomerleau) to modernize laboratory facilities as part of its Laboratories Canada (LC) program of work. The Construction Manager's Contract is the Atlantic Science Enterprise Centre (ASEC) (also known as the Gulf Fisheries Centre (GFC)) a PSPC owned asset in Moncton, NB, that will be redeveloped and expanded to provide science accommodations and non-science space for use by five Science Partners. The asset is a federally designated recognized heritage building and will remain under operation during the phased construction approach. The construction phasing is the following: Enabling Works, Phase 1 New Science Annex, Phase 2 New Construction. The project will consist of a primarily concrete structure with underground parking and six above grade concrete suspended slab levels. Additionally, a mass timber structure will be constructed on 4 floors of the building. The Atlantic Science Enterprise Centre for which this pre-qualification applies, has a capital construction budget of approximately $250 Million.
