Renovation of a medical facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Project will include but not limited to the following: .1 Renovations to existing hospital areas. .2 Selective demolition of portions of existing building as required to perform the work of this contract. .3 Replacement of the existing kitchen dishwashing equipment. .4 Interior walls will mainly consist of gypsum board on metal studs. .5 Miscellaneous architectural casework. .6 Relocation, temporary and final of any and all equipment, lines, ducts, etc… as required to complete the Work. .7 Contractor is cautioned to pay close attention to all room elevations for specific locations of outlets, equipment etc… Site access for the purpose of reviewing existing conditions is restricted. Access to site must be coordinated with contact person listed on title page. General Contractor's Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount equal to 10% of the tendered quotation (excluding HST).
