B) Construct the above Alternative onsite sewage disposal system in compliance with the Charlottesville Health Department Construction Permit 101-22-0199 at 1144 Teel Lane Charlottesville, VA 22903 in the location shown on the permit. The permit may contain additional conditions, notes, and information needed to construct the onsite sewage system. 1. Note the permit shows that a Schedule 40 sewer I line is required from the house to the distribution box will cross over 1-2 sections of asphalt driveway (please refer to a copy site map at the end of this Scope of Work). 2. Utilizing minimally invasive practices route the sewer line as per the permit, try to avoid damaging driveway as much as possible, and repatch any asphalt disturbed for the placement of the sewer line.
