Reference Number 0000274179 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/24 12:00:00 PM CDT The work in this Tender is a part of the Provinces flood recovery efforts and mainly consists of drain remediation in the RM of Rosser, and the Vicinity of Winnipeg. At the direction of Manitoba the Contractor shall retrim the drain slopes, excavate material from drain, and seed any areas as directed by Manitoba. For tracking and payment purposes, this work will be separated into two (2) Sections. The Contractor will need to be able to work at multiple sites concurrently. Section 1: Red River Floodway Perimeter Drain Section 2: Meridian Drain Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by Manitoba Starting Seven Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Trimming; Drain Excavation and Spreading Material Seeding. Liquidated Damages The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Twenty-five (25) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed.
