Thrun Hall barracks bldg. 23, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work and specs. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08124QELIZ0012. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 561621. The small business size standard is $25 million. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. Installation of new cameras and materials required for 1st floor lobby office(quarterdeck), 1st/2nd/ 3rd floor kitchenette, 1st/2nd/ 3rd floor laundry, 2nd/3rd floor reading rooms, stairwell 3, outside room 2019 facing storage 209, and main entry way. Installation of new video monitor in MAA office. Contractor shall give training on new system once completed.
