This is a non-personal services contract to provides routine maintenance and parts replacement for the 1st Infantry Division Headquarters Lenel Onguard security system at Fort Riley, Kansas. The Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other necessary items to perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and part replacements for the Fort Riley Operations Center (FROC) security system and the surrounding areas as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The point of contact responsible for supplying additional information and answering all inquiries is the Contracting Officer via the Contract Specialist. Address all questions or concerns to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email no later than (NLT) 11:00 AM, (CDT) 21 August 2024, to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. 4. Questions submitted after the specified date/time will not be accepted by the Government. Responses to the questions will be incorporated into an amendment to the solicitation and posted to the SAM.gov website at https://www.sam/gov for viewing by all potential Offerors. Industry questions and answers may or may not have a bearing on the substantive content of the solicitation, or the contract requirements, and it should NOT be assumed that the date set for receipt of proposals will be extended. Proposal shall have a cover sheet with the Company/Division name and Solicitation number; organized and submitted electronically prior to the closing date and time identified in block 8 of the SF 1449, to the e-mail addresses below.
