Gr.)(Class A)(8") 429 Tons GUARANTY REQUIRED: Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check on a solvent baok or a bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contact as surety in the State of Kansas and made payable to Sumner County, as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract and give bond as required.
