This project will perform bridge preservation efforts for the Rockingham Mall Flyover Bridge (Br. No. 087/063) carrying Rockingham Mall Entrance (off I-93 Northbound Exit 1) over Rockingham Park Boulevard (RPB) in the Town of Salem. The Flyover Bridge was originally constructed in 1991. The 1,456 foot long, 13 spans with a 370' horizontal radius curve to get over the RPB is a ramp bridge into the Rockingham Mall complex from I-93 Northbound (NB) Exit 1 for the anticipated high traffic volumes that were predicted. The bridge starts adjacent to the RPB on the west end before rising to cross over the RPB providing direct access into the Rockingham Mall south entrance.
