ITEM 616.1909 Please direct questions relating to any information in this document to the OFC at laborcompliance@dot.nh.gov . This Federally funded Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program (CMAQ) project involves the construction of the Salem Bicycle-Pedestrian Corridor Phase VI from Rockingham Park Boulevard to Cluff Crossing Road (approximately 1,400 feet). Sidewalks will be constructed/re- constructed on both sides of Cluff Crossing Road to adjacent developments as well as on the east side of South Broadway and Cluff Road to adjacent developments. The project also includes signalized pedestrian crossings on Cluff Crossing Road, South Broadway, Rockingham Park Plaza entrance, and Brook Road. The Owner will publish addenda inclusive of answered questions to the website. It is the bidder's responsibility to obtain any ad- denda from the website and ac- knowledge the same in their bid.
