The North Central Texas Council of Governments ("NCTCOG") seeks an experienced vendor or vendors to provide the goods or services described herein to the members of its TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program ("TXShare"). The awarded contracts will be promoted via TXShare. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit responses that result in a contract with one or more vendor(s) that are qualified to provide one or more categories of the goods or services. Service Category #9: Other Ancillary Material or Services Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this solicitation will be received until 5:00 PM CT on July 25, 2024, and must be submitted electronically Contract Term: A contract resulting from this RFP shall be effective for 24 months from the date of award. This contract will automatically renew for up to three (3) additional one-year periods, not to exceed five (5) years in total, unless earlier terminated as provided herein.
