Scope of Work
The work to be performed under this Agreement shall be in accordance with Contractor's Cost Proposal dated TBD, Attachment 1, Contractor's Technical Proposal entitled TBD, Attachment 2, and the Scope of Work in this Agreement. Contractor's Cost and Technical Proposals are attached hereto and incorporated by reference. If there is any conflict between Contractor's Cost and Technical Proposals, on one hand, and any other provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to Exhibits A, B, C, D, and E, and Attachment 3 on the other hand, the latter will prevail over Contractor's Cost and Technical Proposals. Contractor (hereinafter sometimes referred to as Consultant) agrees to provide State Route-75 (SR75) Adaptation Planning Study services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein: The services shall be performed in San Diego County, California; specifically, SD-75/PM:11.2-18.5 with focus on locations that will be impacted with the lowest levels of rise. This Agreement will commence on September 03, 2024 (est.) or upon approval by Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by DGS. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on September 02, 2026 (est.). The services shall be provided during working hours, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Proposed Agreement Award Date (estimate) Week of 09/03/24 Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing by July 24, 2024. Responses to this RFP shall be submitted in one (1) sealed package/envelope containing both the Technical Proposal - and one (1) pdf copy on a thumb drive, and Cost Proposal - Original, and one (1) pdf copy on a thumb drive. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
