Reference Number 0000274306 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/26 04:00:00 PM EDT OCH requires qualified provider(s) to perform Snow Removal Services as detailed in the SCHEDULE A - Scope of Work attached. The housing portfolio is divided into two zones, with each zone consisting of seven to eight modules with a varying number of properties within each module. This Request for Proposal (RFP) includes approximately 130 sites in 15 modules which require snow removal services. Please refer to attached documents for details. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, the term of this Contract commences on November 1st, 2024 (the "Commencement Date") and continues in effect for a period of three (3) years (the "Term"). Pricing is fixed for the first year. At the end of the first contract period, OCH shall have the option to extend the Contract for an additional two (2), twelve (12) month periods. OCH reserves the following rights, any or all of which OCH may elect to exercise in appropriate circumstances at OCH's reasonable and considered discretion: a) OCH may accept any bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all bids.
