Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/19 11:59:00 PM EDT The designated Lead Interior Designer will possess a University degree or College diploma with the following relevant fields of study: Interior Design or Architecture. The Lead Interior Designer shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience working on projects of similar size and complexity. The Lead Designer is required to hold an NCIDQ certification. The Proponent shall have a solid background in Interior Design with exercised skills in project tenant fit up including furniture planning, various procurements, and multi- phased move coordination of FF&E and personnel. The Interior Designer should have sufficient experience to lead the design and move coordination services required to accomplish the Project objectives. They should have the knowledge to establish appropriate roles, responsibilities and obligations that will maximize the contracted resources, minimizing overlap and conflict. They should understand the strategic planning required to meet the approved project schedule and budget. Managing the skills of the Interior Design Team to transform the vision of the Project objectives. The nature of this Project requires experience and knowledge in tenant fit-up and multi- phased move coordination. The Interior Designer should have strong communication skills that are critical to work within a highly skilled, multi-discipline team environment and to interact effectively with consultants, contractors, municipal officials/services, vendors, and the OPS.
