Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in St Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of an asphalt parking lot expansion of approximately 6000 square feet and installation of approximately700 feet of security fence around the property. Project will include striping, curb and gutter, lighting, concrete sign foundations, sidewalk, and detention basin upgrades/naturalization.
